Propriété historique, la maison Paul JABOULET Aîné, produit sur les coteaux pentus de la colline de l'hermitage environ 5 ha de Marsanne et Roussanne. Ce terroir d'exception de loess et argilo-calcaire produit des raisins qui, triés et vinifiés traditionnellement sous bois, confèrent à la cuvée du "Chevalier de Stérimberg" la quintessence de l'appellation.

As the long standing owner, Maison Paul JABOULET Aîné, grows around 5 hectares of Marsanne and Roussanne on the steep slopes of the hemitage hill. After careful sorting , the grapes are vinified traditionally in wood. It is the exceptional terroir here, made up ol loess and clay-chalk soil wihich is responsible for the unique character of the "Chevalier de Sterimberg".
